LoudDoc Activity By Date Range

We'll show you a number of different engagement metrics for your LoudDoc based on the date range you select. By default, we display your analytics over the past month period.

# Opens

This is the number of times your LoudDoc was opened during this date range. Opens are not unique users, they are the number of times a booklet has been opened in a unique session. For example, if you open a LoudDoc in your browser, close the LoudDoc tab but keep your browser open, then open your LoudDoc again, we consider that one open. However, if you close your browser (ending your session), then open that LoudDoc again, we count that as two opens.

If you are logged into LoudDoc and open your own document, that will not count as an open.

You'll receive an analytics card for each page in your query, displaying any activity that took place during the date range for your analytics.

Important Tip: Per page analytics is only available on a LoudDoc business plan.

# Sharing LoudDoc Analytics With Others

You may want to share your analytics with coworkers, partners, and even clients. We've made it simple to email a report to anyone you want. They'll receive an email report, giving them a summary of all the activity on your LoudDoc. You'll find this feature at the top of the Analytics tab.

We recommend sending one to yourself so you can see exactly what your recipient will get in their inbox.

Google Analytics

Getting good insight into the activity and engagement on your LoudDoc is key to making good decisions and following up with customers. You can connect your LoudDoc to your Google Analytics account and track all activity that takes place across all your pages.

You can use the Tracking ID or the Measurement ID from your Google Analytics account.

The tracking ID is a string like UA-000000-2. It must be included in your tracking code to tell Analytics which account and property to send data to.

The first set of numbers (-000000, in the example above) refers to your account number, and the second set of numbers (-2) refers to the specific property number associated with the account.

If you're working with a Google Analytics 4 property, you have a Measurement ID instead of a Tracking ID. A Measurement ID uses the format G-XXXXXXX, and identifies the data stream sending data to your Google Analytics 4 property.
